My global pharmaceutical client, based in Buckinghamshire, are looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service/Complaint Intake Analyst to join their team urgently initially on a 12-month basis.
Purpose
The Complaint Intake Analyst works to support PMQA through providing the initial triaging of complaints from all channels and serves as the first point of contact with the customer.
An excellent telephone manner is essential, clear communication skills and a commitment to high customer servie standards.This a a busy role so experience of working in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
Our client is looking for someone with experience of Business to Consumer (B2C) customer service, resolving complaints and taking and tracking orders.
If you have telephone and eCommerce Customer Service experience this is a great opportunity to work for our client, who have fabulous offices, with free parking, in Marlow.
This is an outbound and inbound customer service role - excellent customer service.
You will be working shifts between 08.00 - 19.00 Monday to Friday, a total of 40 hours per week.
Paying a basic of £24,000, with the opportunity to increase your earnings to over £32,000 and some of the top performers earn late £30's through upselling and cross-selling.
