I am seeking a PMO Analyst to join a growing team and support the successful delivery of key projects across my client's organisation.
This role will help manage project reporting, governance, and rollout of a new project management tool, ensuring clear and consistent data for our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the expert on our project management tool, supporting and training project teams.
The PMO Analyst will be instrumental in defining and maintaining the approach by which change is delivered at our client.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to support and advise on project delivery, ensuring alignment with our methodology and standards.
This role involves conducting assurance activities to ensure that projects within the Change Portfolio are on track to deliver their objectives while adhering to the clients Change Approach.

Our client (a Financial Services organisation) has a requirement for an experienced PMO Analyst to join them and work on a number of large Change Programmes.
You will have a proven experience working on Business Change projects, possibly for a challenger bank (or retail bank), and you'll definitely be customer focused, with great Risk and Issue Management, Planning, and Portfolio Management skills.
We are pleased to be working with Kent Fire & Rescue Service on a one year FTC PMO Analyst role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating, managing and analysing all project portfolio performance data, producing insights and reports that support effective project delivery across the organisation.
This role is critical to ensuring project portfolio data is accurate, complete and appropriate, adheres to project governance standards, and supports the provision of data-driven insights to enhance strategic decision-making.
