Develop presentations using Google Slides for Workstream Updates or Workshop Preparation. Record meeting minutes and diligently follow up on action items. Ensure delivery of high-quality and timely project deliverables. Identify and address issues, escalating them when necessary. You Proven track record in Project Management/PMO Analysis, especially in finance change projects, preferably in entertainment/media. Proficiency in various Project Management techniques for effective stakeholder coordination. Experience in identifying and managing RAIDS (Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies) throughout project lifecycles. Full project lifecycle experience, from initiation to delivery and end-user rollout. Ability to create and communicate comprehensive project plans, driving delivery milestones, with strong attention to detail. As a Senior PMO, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, timeline, and budget. Your excellent communication and leadership skills will enable you to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. This is a remote position, with occasional travel to their London office. During the initial two-week induction, you will also have the opportunity to work from the client's offices in Austria, all expenses covered. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. Establish and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and align project objectives with client requirements. Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget. Implement quality assurance processes and risk mitigation strategies. Skills and Background: Proven experience as a Senior PMO or similar role, preferably in a client-facing capacity. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practises. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Exceptional organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is desirable. Fluent German is an advantage, but not essential.
