Overview: We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience as you complete a IT Cloud Network Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship. Responsibilities: Supporting and maintaining clients IT systems and providing efficient desktop support to all business users Using technical knowledge to resolve any IT related faults quickly and efficiently Providing remote technical support to clients Managing the return and repair process for equipment returned to Krome offices Creating and managing support tickets Assisting Senior teams with project work Updating the Service Delivery team on progress of work Managing project tickets Required skills: Previous experience in a similar role and/or relevant IT qualification Technological knowledge Analytical thinking/problem solving Computer networking Installation and decommission You will be required to travel to different site visits - travel costs will be covered Entry requirements: 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above) Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications. Your new company Hays are working with a client in the Brentford area on their project, on a long term basis. Your new role Ideally, you will have a background in Carpentry, but also knowledge of painting and mixing cement. You will be required to provide your own tools for the work. You will be putting up fencing, basic shuttering, mixing concrete & mortar. Assisting with painting and decorating duties, and filling any gaps/holes. General upkeep of the site and working alongside trades people. What you'll need to succeed You will require a CSCS Card (Green or Blue). Provide Hays with a working reference. Provide your own tools - especially for carpentry based work. What you'll get in return You will be paid for 9 hours per day. £20.60 Per Hour.
