Working in collaboration with Financial Planners, Paraplanners and other colleagues, you will maintain and manage client records, process life, pension and investment new business, answer and deal with telephone enquiries, prepare valuations and other letters, all the while promoting the company's services in a professional and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare application forms and paperwork for clients to complete.
We are working with a chartered financial Planning firm in Bristol who are looking develop an ambitious IFA Administrator or Paraplanner over the next 12 - 18 months to become a fully qualified IFA.
This opportunity will see you working closely with the Chartered Financial Planner, 3 days per week will be spent supporting with technical administration, and sitting in on client meetings to get to know the systems and clients.
The other 2 days will be spent studying towards qualifications and in advisor training to develop your skills.
Being an experienced administrator you will also be expected to assist less experienced team members checking their calculations and ensuring their on-going learning and development.
Working in a busy team it will be your responsibility to administer a range of mainly DB schemes with growing exposure to DC ensuring that all client and member enquiries are dealt with in a timely, professional and efficient fashion.
