Our client's Hull Plant is seeking to expand its team by hiring an E&I-focused Technical Planning Coordinators for day shift roles. These positions will support ongoing proactive efforts to maintain site operations. As an E&I-focused Technical Planning Coordinator, you will take charge of the Maintenance Process (Planning) and oversee the efficient execution of scheduled work. This role entails ensuring 100% utilisation of available working hours on a weekly basis, and providing support for upcoming Interventions & TARs The responsibilities include detailing Work Orders within specified timelines, including clear step-by-step instructions and comprehensive Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS). Additionally, you will ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and spare parts are readily accessible for safe and timely task completion. Prepare Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) Prepare Permit Request Maintain the CMMS to plan all maintenance and engineering work Plan work to fill scheduled allotted periods making the most effective and efficient use of available resources Plan On Site and Off Site maintenance disciplines Liaise with Maintenance, Stores and Procurement for materials and spares Perform data closure quality check for Works Orders and ensure hours are recorded accordingly Investigate CMMS metrics and generate reports Create outage and shutdown planned work as necessary Manage weekly and monthly KPI's Work closely with external support contractors Qualifications and skills required NVQ level 3 Qualified Exposure to an upper tier COMAH site Previous maintenance planning experience CMMS systems knowledge Able to follow OEM manuals Knowledge of reading data sheets and various other drawings We are seeking a self-driven individual with a results-oriented mindset, a strong focus on safety, quality, and commercial success.
