Town Planner Senior Town Planner
The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team in offering advice and guidance to clients from all sectors of the development industry - private landowners, local businesses, developers, public sector bodies as well as professional advisers to the property sector, such as solicitors, architects, accountants, and other property professionals.
We are currently working with a Local Government authority in the Midlands who are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Planner to implement the policies and procedures of the Council regarding the control of development and assist in the provision of an efficient and effective service to the public.
The Maintenance Planner is responsible to provide short/medium term planning requirements and Material Planning requirements to support aircraft scheduled maintenance inputs.
Responsibilities
Liaison with Operations Controllers, Technical Records and the Maintenance Team to ensure a common understanding of capability and capacity.
To ensure that all appropriate legislative and Company Procedures are adhered to in order to ensure that the Company remains compliant and aircraft airworthy.
Our client, an 'Independent' firm of Chartered Financial Planners now requires an additional Administrator to join their established and friendly team.
Working as part of a highly experienced team, providing support to the advisers and in conjunction with the Paraplanners on various administrative tasks and delivering a professional, compliant service to our clients.
Working alongside a number of consultants, the successful candidate should have proven experience working in a similar environment with knowledge of processing Pension & Investment applications.
