The Role
The role is based within the Housing Property Service which is responsible for the delivery of repairs, maintenance, investment and compliance functions within the Council's housing asset portfolio.
They have a small estates team, and are looking for someone to act as intelligent client to deliver this project, understanding the real importance in the work they deliver.
An excellent opportunity to deliver an interesting and complex project to deliver a brand new school on an existing school site and make a real difference to the lives of the children and young people and educators there.
The organisation is a major charity, dedicated to running schools and providing support and guidance for people with Special Educational Needs and helping spread awareness and transform attitudes.
This is a fixed term role to start immediately and will be for a minimum of 6 months.
