With the expansion of the Randox Health team we are currently looking to recruit a phlebotomist based at our Edinburgh Clinic.
This role will be responsible for ensuring customers they have an excellent experience while in the clinic, taking blood samples from both private and corporate clients, ensuring they feel comfortable at all times.
The successful applicant will join a multi-disciplinary team and play an active role in providing an exceptional service to clients.
Carry out reminder calls to customers for appointments
Fully manage each day's appointment sessions
To co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimise productivity and customer service, meeting and greeting all customers and visitors and working with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.
