This role offers the opportunity to be based out of a choice of office location, Coventry, Warwick, Southam or Balsall Common. The role involves Claimant and respondent work in all aspects of Employment Law. About you: This would suit someone who is at least 1 years pqe. The source of work is from a mixture of direct enquiries, word of mouth/recommendations as well as existing clients. We are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running, and run with the existing caseload, from start to finish, with a proven track record of meeting fee earning targets and new business development. Clinical Negligence Paralegal Location: Coventry Salary: £23,000 DOE Hours: Monday - Friday / Office based Our client is looking to recruit a permanent, full time, Clinical Negligence Paralegal ideally with some previous civil litigation procedural knowledge and experience. This is a fantastic opportunity working closely with the Supervising Partner, who has a wealth of experience and is listed in the Legal 500. The role will also involve assisting other senior fee earners within the department, with a view to building up a caseload of low value cases. There will be a requirement to assist with Pre-screening of new cases as and when needed. Drafting of legal documentation, conducting legal research and due diligence in relation to clients and cases. The role would suit someone who is a [a Law Graduate with LPC/part CILEx/newly qualified fee earner] who may have done some Clinical Negligence as part of their training with some relevant [pre-qualification] experience.
