As a Receptionist in the Guest Relations Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a truly unforgettable experience whilst at the retreat; this will be a varied role where you will support the Guest Relations Manager in all aspects of the business operation. What's in it for you? As a member of the Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the resort are maintained, cleaned, and organised to the highest of standards, taking lead from the Housekeeping Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards on site, becoming an integral part of the wider hospitality team delivering an unforgettable level of service.
