The Ideal Recovery Practitioner
Our clients expectation of the applicant is to have experience of working with those suffering with substance misuse problems, providing psycho-social interventions.
Provide specialist functional assessments including assessments of daily living skills using the Model of Human Occupational assessment tools (MOHOST) to ascertain level of functional ability, related risk factors, level of support, and accommodation needs to implement community care plans.
The client offers full-time contracts, a fair and manageable caseload and further training in your portfolio.
