My client are pioneers of organic beauty and skincare and are looking for someone to join them on their journey as a Customer Service professional as they grow and develop. This role is integral to the performance of the business, as a company is only as good as it customers feel it is. You will be the voice of the business for any enquiries/questions and sometimes issues as and when they arise. So being a real people person, like they are, is an absolute must! What your day to day will be like: Giving excellent levels of customer service to new and existing clients and use your product knowledge that you'll be trained on. You'll support with administration within customer service and all other departments including sales, ecommerce & warehouse Answer customer emails, phone calls & online chats, take orders and up-sell Sometimes, as with any companies you'll have to deal with some complaints, we try to keep these to an absolute minimum Help out across some other departments with Administration tasks if they need some help. We are a team so we try to work with and for each other as much as possible. You'll most likely be a Customer Service pro anyway but here is what the perfect candidate will have; A full UK Driving license, we are based in a rural location away from all the pollution so it's only accessible by car. Proven Customer Service experience so you can show us what you are capable of Be an enthusiastic and passionate person who really cares about sustainability and being "green" You'll be a dab hand with language both written and spoken and able to write concise emails and responses.
