Due to continued growth and expansion this company are seeking a HR Officer to support with general HR duties. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to evolve and make the role it's own. This will include assisting with recruitment and managing the full payroll function. This role will run for 6 months will potential to be extended and made permanent. This is a full time position running Monday- Friday 37.5 hours per week. Due to the nature of the role the majority will be office based with occasional working from home. Responsibilities: Management of the process for starters and leavers Processing of all payroll Managing pension and the associated administration Supporting hiring manager with recruitment Liaising with recruitment agencies Management of personnel files Management of the travel & expenses along with the associated approvals and policy Management and monitoring of holiday and absence Providing HR advice and guidance to Senior Managers when required Oversight of recruiting contractors and the relevant administration work Liaising with our travel providers to provide support and administration for travellers Management of staff prepaid and credit cards Management of expense claims Submission of HR / Payroll returns to external bodies such as HMRC Management of Insurances associated with personnel Liaising with internal departments to support Security Clearance applications Experience: - Proven experience in HR administrative roles - Proficiency in Sage payroll - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic HR environment where you can enhance your skills and contribute to the success of the organisation.
