I am seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Director of a growing manufacturing organisation. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, and a strong work ethic. Day to Day of the role as a Personal Assistant: Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure efficient time management. Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and ensure all aspects of trips are organised. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents to support the Director's work. Conduct research and compile data to inform decision-making processes. Organise and provide support for both personal and business management tasks. Oversee building management and ensure the maintenance of a professional work environment. Support and organise social events that enhance company culture and employee engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications for a Personal Assistant: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant. Experience working in a very fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
