Hays are partnering exclusively with a national education and training provider based in North Norfolk to find a Team Administrator on a temporary basis.
This is a new opportunity within our Land and Property team.
This role involves managing documentation, coordinating with various departments, contractors, external agencies and assisting in maintaining compliance standards.
The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure that all properties within the portfolio comply with UK regulations along with ensuring coordination and administration to support all arrangements required to comply with Health and Safety Acts and Regulations.
They will be accountable for the completion of work as set by the Senior Engineer/Engineering Manager, including ensuring that the work is completed in a quality and timely manner.
The Engineer will report directly to the Senior Engineer/Engineering Manager on site.
