Personal Assistant South West London Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm Office based role A well-established marketing company based in South West London are looking for a highly organised and articulate Personal Assistant to join their growing team. The client is looking for someone who has experience who is motivated, organised and committed to looking after the diaries of the two directors. Personal Assistant Duties: Schedule meetings and manage calendars. Diary management Responsible for handling correspondence Taking minutes Looking after two of the directors email inboxes. Answer phone calls and emails and take messages. Help with daily time management. Organising and booking in meetings Plan travel, including flights and accommodation Personal Assistant Specification: Strong verbal and written communication skills Must have experience as an Office Manager or a Personal Assistant Highly organised with strong attention to detail To have patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations Fully computer literate and numerate with proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
