We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant on behalf of a key client based in Burgess Hill this is to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient operation of the executive's daily activities.
Day-to-day of the role
Manage and organise the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Our client requires a Personal Assistant for their Executive Support function for around 3 months initially, on a full-time basis.
Therefore, this role as an additional Personal Assistant will work within the Executive support team to help cover the full-time support needs of the Director and SLT, ensuring delivery of their Business and Improvement Plan, as well as supporting the Board and other meetings.
Role
Having seen an increase in the number of meetings, such as for the Board and its sub-committees, has reduced the dedicated executive support available for their Director and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
