To ensure correspondence including letters, email and telephone calls are dealt with appropriately including alerting the Manager to specific priorities and issues.
To provide support to diarise, arrange and manage a lifecycle of functional meetings.
Temporary Governance administration assistant/ Minute taker required to work in our governance team for 6 months and assist the Governance Administration Manager in ensuring the Board and Directors have the support they need.
Minuting meetings as required and producing action logs.
