To work as a Personal Advisor for young people who are in care and care leavers.
To contribute to the assessment process and implementation of Pathway Planning for Children in Care and Care Leavers by offering direct support, advice, guidance and practical help.
Post holders will carry case-holding responsibility as appropriate and support Children in Care and Care Leavers within and outside of the City Boundary.
We are looking for competent care assistants to support physically and/or mentally challenged service users in their everyday lives, enabling their independence as far as is possible.
We are interested in hearing from Support and Personal Care Workers who want to join our team and assist with day-to-day support for service users within Hertfordshire County Council Residential and Supported Living Units.

As volunteer English language befriender, you will provide one to one befriending support to migrants living in Kent focusing on practising English and building confidence to speak it.
To build positive and productive relationships with care-experienced young people to support them through their transition to adulthood and greater independence.
To support young people to navigate complex individual situations, through assessment, planning, intervention, and the co-ordination of services in accordance with national Children and Care Leavers legislation, regulations, guidance and local policies and procedures.
