Joining the marketing comms team, the Digital Marketing & Performance Executive will primarily focus on web content management, content and keyword research and search and content marketing performance. You will also help to develop the email marketing platform and support in the creation and distribution of social media communications. What's on offer? Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Hybrid working - 1-2 days per week in the Manchester office, 1 team meeting per month in London Discretionary bonus schemes 25 days annual leave Life Insurance, Private Healthcare, Pension Scheme Gym Subsidy And more Key responsibilities as the Digital Marketing & Performance Executive will include: Audit website performance Competitor analysis and benchmarking Performing keyword research analysis to help shape the content marketing strategy Maintaining up-to-date with SEO trends including the influence generative AI is having on search Managing website content Assisting in managing and maintaining the email marketing platform Working with the design team to develop innovative and creative content for the website Supporting in the delivery of social media content Undertaking marketing analytics, managing the creation and application of tracking tags, scripts and events across the website Measuring marketing performance, aligning across a suite of reporting tools (GA4, SEMRush, Microsoft Clarity etc.) Working with the digital team to develop paid marketing plans and the design team to coordinate the creation of assets for paid campaigns Managing the ideation, setup and running of paid campaigns And more What we're looking for: Relevant experience within similar digital marketing roles (ideally 3 years) Strong knowledge of SEO applications and running keyword research and competitor analytics tools (SEMRush and Google Analytics) Understanding of and experience using Google marketing tools (Google Tag Manager and GA4) Experience using web content management systems Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is highly desirable Excellent written and spoken communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels effectively Creative yet analytical mindset and the ability to think broadly using initiative and curiosity Impeccable organisation and attention to detail Strong project / content and campaign management experience IT literate including MS Office (essential) and database management Professional, proactive, creative and enthusiastic team player Ability to travel to London 1 day / month for team meetings Interested in this Digital Marketing & Performance Executive role? This Digital Marketing & Performance Executive opportunity is positioned in a leading law firm and will play a key role in supporting the delivery of web content management, content and keyword research, and search and content marketing performance. The Executive will work closely with the Digital Marketing and Performance Manager, as well as the wider digital team to manage and audit all content on the firm's website, email & social channels, manage the ideation and set up of paid campaigns, stay updated with wider market trends and engage with a dynamic range of stakeholders across the business. The successful candidate for this role will have three years of demonstrated experience within a digital marketing role, and possess a strong understanding of SEO applications, Google marketing tools as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
