Manage a complex caseload of disabled children and young people aged 0-25 to assess, plan, monitor and review the support/personal assistance needs of service users, working in a person-centred way to ensure that resources are utilised effectively to safeguard and promote the welfare of disabled children and young people.
Provide a consultative/supervisory service to a staff team operating within a multi-agency environment to provide professional expertise, skills and advice to enable a safe, effective and high quality service to disabled children and young people that meets agreed existing and new policies and practices.

The Role

As a Quality Manger, You will be helping manageing the team and help to check our fabulous products as they go on their journey through the Factory, checking every product matches up to standards, and ensuring that every customer experiences the same fantastic quality of product when it arrives with them.
You will need to be able to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail, the ability to work in a high volume environment, and pride in the role that you perform.
Shift Patten: 7am to 7pm, Tuesday to Sunday or Sunday to Thursday
This role will require candidates to support 3 or 4 properties and manage support workers around the Kent area.
The service users will be vulnerable adults in the criminal justice system and an enhanced DBS will be required, the hours of working will be 40 hours per week 8-4, 9-5 then the on call hours 5pm-8am, 8am-8am on a weekend
Travel will be required and a candidate who can drive is preferable and you will be expected to have your own vehicle and business insurance, mileage can be claimed from the nearest base office to the other offices you visit.
