The role could suit candidates with previous administrative experience from a pensions, wealth management, investments or IFA related role as we can provide training on specific our products and services.

If you have a minimum of 12 months Pensions Administration experience, within DC/ DB/ SIPPs, or at least 2 years admin experience gained from working within other financial services areas then this could be the role for you.

Main responsibilities will be to carry out technical administration with regard to client's pensions, many of whom are High Net Worth individuals.

The successful candidate will work as part of a small but dedicated team of administrators, servicing clients with a variety of types of pension schemes, including final salary, group money purchase and stakeholder arrangements.
Activities would include processing quotations and claims, including transfers in / out and annuity purchase, preparation of annual benefit statements and membership schedules, allocation of money purchase contributions, attendance at client meetings, presentations as required as well as some checking of the work of colleagues in the team and deputising for the Team Leader in their absence.
