Great opportunity to join us as a Senior Pensions Client Manager to lead teams that protect and grow revenue from existing pensions administration clients, ensure a high level of quality service delivery and client satisfaction and continually work to develop and grow our Outsourcing (OGB) business, as well as seeking opportunities to introduce WTW service lines outside of OGB.
Operating as a Senior Pensions Client Managers in this role you will support and mentor others and deliver you own client revenue of £7m.
This is achieved through involvement in new business development, service enhancements, service diversification, keeping updated with legislative / technological changes and maintaining a good overall market awareness.

The successful candidate will play an essential role in leading high profile buy in and buy out projects and will act as the lead administration contact during the project delivery phase.
You will be reporting to the Admin Manager/Team Leader and you will be working as a part of a dedicated client team with diverse skills and experience.
The job requires a motivated individual who is experienced in taking responsibility and who can also independently deliver results on ad-hoc client specific projects.
You will take on more advanced calculations on complex schemes (DB and/or DC) and play an active role in mentoring and checking the work of other members of the team.
Initially, the successful candidate will provide support to existing senior associates with the production of pension increases, benefit statements, administration reports, monthly reporting and testing of automated calculation solutions.
Following on the job training, the successful candidate will be expected to run and manage large projects successfully and maintain existing reporting requirements.
To ensure full system automation can be achieved and to work closely with Administration and Systems.
