Compliance Administrator Hourly Rate: £12 - £14 Location: Norwich Job Type: Temporary (2-3 months, likely to be extended) We are currently seeking a diligent Temporary Compliance Administrator to join our care agency based in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring new starters are fully compliant and ready to work within our organisation. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our service delivery. Day-to-day of the role: Conducting thorough new starter checks to ensure all staff meet compliance requirements. Managing and processing references in a timely and accurate manner. Checking and processing DBS checks to ensure the safety and security of our clients. Verifying eligibility to work (ETW) and proof of address documentation. Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities and providing regular updates to management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a compliance or administrative role, preferably within the healthcare sector. Familiarity with DBS checking processes and eligibility to work verification. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
