Attend operational management meetings, providing specialist HR advice and input across all aspects of people performance and people management
This is a regional (South East) HR Advisor role and, as part of the ER / HR team, you will provide high quality HR advice to managers and operational management teams that drives the achievement of the organisational strategy, objectives, culture and values and builds an inclusive and diverse workforce.
Understand the key people issues for business group / business unit
As Interim Senior People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and delivery of best-in-class people management operations, processes and procedures.
You will work closely with the People Director, Learning and Development Manager, other function heads, and teams to deliver against the business objectives and to continue to drive a culture which makes a positive difference to our people.
As a People Advisor, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a fluctuating workload and conflicting priorities.
Ideally you will have CIPD Level 3 certification, a good knowledge of employment law and have some experience working within a HR function, such as an Administrator or an Officer and now looking for that next step in your career.
This is a hybrid position however the successful candidate will be required, on occasions, to travel to a number of regional offices located throughout Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon & Cornwall and London.
