Our client, a globally renown brand based in Nottinghamshire, is currently recruiting for multiple Junior HR Business Partner positions, one permanent position and two on fixed-term contracts (12 and 18 months).
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the private sector, and have extensive experience of dealing and managing stakeholder relationships.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis with a salary ranging from £35,000 - £38,000 per annum with plenty of opportunity for progression.

In addition, employee training, mentoring & coaching programming, policy development, recruitment as well as digital platforms is included within the role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, including onboarding, exit interviews, administration of benefits and compensation, team restructuring and conflict resolution.
