As the People Manager you will lead and manage a team, providing expert advice across the whole employee lifecycle. Client Details Growing Professional Services Organisation Description As the People Manager you will act as the focal point for the full employee lifecycle. Lead and manage HR projects. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with company objectives. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of HR functions. Facilitate change management processes within the organisation. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices. Assist in the development and promotion of the company's culture and values. Manage performance and ER matters. Lead and develop the people team, to continuously build capabilities and technical competence, providing development and growth opportunities, identifying improvements. Profile A successful People Manager should have: CIPD qualification Proven experience in a Managerial role within the Professional/Financial Services industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices. Ability to strategise and implement HR initiatives.
