The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accurate and timely monthly payroll, providing support to colleagues, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. This is a full-time role, but we will consider part-time (school hours). Duties: Processing end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and on time. Supporting colleagues through the helpdesk. Handling payroll-related tasks such as starters, leavers, and salary changes. Liaising closely with HR. Reconciling payroll and pension control accounts and processing payments. Advising on pay and employee benefits. Ensuring GDPR compliance and accurate HMRC payments. Managing absence compliance and maintaining accurate records. What you need: Experience in payroll with knowledge of statutory payments and deductions. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
