With a payroll of circa 2000 colleagues and one direct report, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operation of payroll and delivering a great employee experience. Less about us & more about you: As our Payroll Manager, you'll be at the forefront of payroll operations, ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations and driving process improvement initiatives. You'll oversee the monthly and annual payroll processes, including reconciliation and balancing of payroll data. Additionally, you'll be responsible for processing inbound and outbound international assignments and resolving complex payroll queries. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high standards and fostering a collaborative team environment, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service and employee experience.
