Reporting into the Head of Payroll this role will have an initial focus on leading on a new payroll system implementation, with a longer term BAU focus.
As the Payroll Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the payroll team in the day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of payroll for all employees.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing payroll processes.

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll senior or supervisor to join this prestigious multi-site firm of accountants based on the East Kent coast as their new Payroll Manager.
This is a very 'hands-on' doing opportunity and you will be servicing a client base of circa 130 clients.
Increasing business by the promotion and development of new business streams and selling our clinents services; advising customers on the most suitable payroll solutions that meet theirs, and the needs of their operatives, whilst upselling and cross-selling the group's products and services, as appropriate.
To meet or exceed sales targets and activity by bringing in new business deals extensively through telephone and email communication; with client visits as required.
Your role will involve the timely and accurate payroll processing of expenses, overtime, new starters, leavers, changes and administration of company benefits and schemes, in addition to performing manual payroll calculations.
You will be responsible for the accurate processing of a high volume of transactions on a weekly and monthly basis varying in complexity and will be committed with providing our customers with an excellent service.
You will be expected to deal with customers of all levels within the business.
