As a Payroll Admin Assistant, you'll be responsible for the day to day administrative tasks of the payroll department including processing new starters and tax code changes; answering queries from our stores on both the telephone, and managing the payroll email mailbox, answering or allocating queries to the Payroll Administrators.
You'll complete the payroll month end submissions, reconciliations and national statistic submissions.
The vacancy is part time (20 hours per week), with the hours split over 3 to 5 days per week to be agreed.
To deliver operational activities within a payments team to facilitating payments to service users and internal and external care providers within agreed timescales, under the management and guidance of senior staff.
