Duties
Provide financial and administrative assistance to various sections within our client's office, including Environmental Health and Safety, Emergency Management, Enterprise Risk Management, and Parking and Insurance.
Coordinate the receipt, review, and processing of various purchasing, accounting, and reporting activities.
Working with the HR Manager and the Operations Director you will be supporting with general administration as well as some PA work which will include diary management, arranging global travel, hotels, flight and visa's for the Directors as well as Facilities administration.
Working for a start-up you are joining the company right at the beginning so you must be flexible in your outlook and happy to work in a varied role.
