As the Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all our employees, handling various pay-related queries, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover basis for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
Collate all timesheets for weekly paid employees across our group of companies.
As a People Services & Payroll Coordinator your role will focus on providing a comprehensive and customer focused service for all first line People and administrative duties.
Acting as a first point of contact for all centralised queries, this would typically include processes such as new starter and leaver administration, benefit administration, paternity/maternity queries, contract changes and updates to terms and conditions and absence.
You will work closely with the People & Culture Team to ensure all legislative and statutory deadlines are met and out people are fully supported to deliver their roles.
