The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the purchase to pay process, ensuring accurate processing of supplier invoices and resolution of any discrepancies or queries.
Working any 2 days of the week, the business is incredible flexible and after initial induction can be largely home based and around school hours if required.

My client is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a temporary basis with the possibility of making the role permanent in the coming months.
The purpose of the role will be to assist with the purchase and sales ledger and deal with any accounts administration needed.
The ideal person for this role will have worked in either purchase ledger or sales ledger in the past and be confident working on Sage Line 50 and Excel.
You will provide contract administration support for all live maintenance contracts, including planned Preventative Maintenance and any additional work.
To assist the Contract Manager and Contract Supervisor with the day to day running of the contracts.
