Payroll Clerk Full time and Permanent Birmingham Salary up to £28,000
Ashley Kate are proud to be working with our client in the manufacturing industry as they search for a Payroll Clerk to join the Payroll and Finance team.
Reporting into the Payroll Manager you will processing the in house payroll in completely on-site position.
Provide specialist payroll subject matter support and advice to the broader payroll department, including understanding the impact of legislation changes and the ability to complete manual payroll calculation and comprehensive, detailed payslip explanations.
Process correct and timely salary payments to designated payroll areas across our FTSE 100 client (including Channel Islands, Isle of Man and international employees), and provide a specialist payroll service to same.
In this role you will support the payroll operation circa 8,200 records, ensuring accurate and timely processing and validating of the work in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs) and company procedures.
The Payroll Team in the United Kingdom (UK) is part of the Regional Human Resources (HR) Operations team and is responsible for the accurate and timely payment of Deutsche Bank's permanent employees based in the UK, Ireland, and Sweden.
Responsible for the day to day administration of large sized various payroll accurately and with minimum supervision.
Processing starters/leavers, Sickness, overtime, On Call, Standby and other allowances, changes of pay for both Officers and Staff, and all other necessary amendments as and when required.
This role will be working as part of the payroll team supporting with a range of queries that are becoming available due to a new system implementation.
We have had a Senior Payroll Assistant role become available and we are looking for someone for a minimum of 6 months to take on this exciting role.
