Accurate processing, coding, and matching of invoices in accordance with group policies Liaising with suppliers to resolve invoicing queries in a professional manner, on a timely basis and to comply with statutory requirements Liaising with procurement and commercial teams as necessary to resolve issues Review of invoices on hold and clear in a timely manner Perform supplier reconciliations on a monthly basis Handling all post/emails related to invoices and any other associated duties including scanning/printing Processing and checking subcontractor payments notices prior to processing on the finance system and uploading onto the bank platform Processing sundry payments for manager review on a weekly basis Processing in house sales invoicing as instructed on a monthly basis Handling filing and archiving on a periodic basis Perform simple bank reconciliations using the finance system Supporting the finance team as required with ad-hoc tasks Finally, let's tell you a bit more about us...
