This administrator will be joining a team of coordinators that deal with the planned and reactive maintenance for commercial sites throughout London.
The position will include dealing with incoming calls from clients, reporting issues onto the system, organising engineers to attend site, planning materials if required, progress reporting to the client, organising quotations if needed, inputting out of hours information and processing time sheets.
