You will have to own the customer's needs by proactively following up on responses and promised actions, act as a liaison between the customer and other departments to resolve customer queries and cover the timely handling of all associated queries from customers.
Working within the Payroll Manager Service team, you'll be responsible for supporting our clients with their day-to-day payroll tasks, providing them with the payroll expertise that they may not have in-house, and ensuring that their payrolls run efficiently and accurately.
