My client a successful SME organisation is now seeking a hands on and adaptable Administration Manager to replace a long standing employee who will be retiring in early July- a start date of 8thJuly is expected. Working in this great team of 5, benefits include hybrid working (2 days at home) Yearly bonus paid in December as well as support with medical and dental care payments. As this is small team and they are busy the successful candidate will be a brilliant administrator who has a finite eye for detail. You will be extremely organised and thorough and understand what its like to work within a fluid work environment where everyone supports each other. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30- 5pm. Duties Arranging, booking and confirming all client service calls Managing invoices and PO's Creating quotations for sub-contractors Work with the Office Manager to re new supplier agreements and documentation. HR support- checking RTW, DBS checks, liaison with the Home Office, upkeep of staffing portal, HR administration. Extensive liaison with sub-contractors and clients Managing client portals Fleet administration. Ordering office supplies Managing client requests Sage training given if needed Skills needed A solid Admin background.
