The purpose of a Parts Advisor role is to provide professional advice and assistance to customers regarding the parts and components of vehicles.
The Parts Advisor is also responsible for ensuring that parts and components are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner, managing stock levels, and providing general customer service.
This includes offering advice on the most suitable parts and components, ensuring customers understand the technical specifications of the parts and components, ordering parts and components as required, and keeping accurate records of all parts and components that have been ordered.
