The Role: As a Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and managing key initiatives across our most significant retail partnership. You will have an holistic view of change across the partner proposition, encompassing, Risk, Finance, CX and any IT impacting change and be able to communicate this affectively to multiple stakeholder levels. As Partnership Manager, you will be experienced in delivering complex digital projects, resilient to project pressures, and willing to get into the detail to make things happen. Key Responsibilities: Project Management and Project Governance: Engaging with key stakeholders from across the business to embed the partnership, including our legal, risk & compliance teams. Act as the primary point of contact for the 3rd party partner, ensuring they are kept fully engaged and supported through delivery. Support the product/business owner with senior management engagement, including partnership input into business cases, presentations and EXCO material. Leadership Lead teams to provide clear direction to said colleagues to understand their role, responsibilities and accountabilities within the project and their value to achieving business strategic goals. Demonstrate excellent man management skills to engage staff working within various departments and sites towards achieving common goal. Stakeholder Management To identify and assess key stakeholders, taking appropriate actions to set and manage expectation. Manage key stakeholders and adapt approach and stance in dealing with changing circumstances. To build strong working relationship management with clients, as well as projects involving third party partners/party suppliers. Communication Keep abreast of all key communications within the strategic initiatives and company briefings. We are currently looking for a Partnerships Marketing Manager for a well-known household retail brand. They are looking for someone with a good all-round mix of marketing and commercial outlook. This person will ideally have experience working across both B2B and B2C marketing. They will be the face of the business and the representative at events and with new prospective partners. You'll work across sponsorship deals, advertising deals as well as developing new relationships with key clients, federations and other businesses. You'll be looking at who do we want to partner with and how are we going to bring them on board! You'll do this through effective marketing and relationship building. You'll be someone who is a great mix of both sales and marketing! Key focuses: Accountability for delivering quality sign ups to the new loyalty app and scheme Leading communications in this area across all channels/ campaign management Working on and developing existing clients through effective communication Owning the partnership strategy and activity Working closely with the Marketing Insight and Commercial teams create a clear view of all signups You will build creative toolkits and develop brand guidelines to help drive consistent usage of the brands internally, externally and by clients when communicating to their members Have an in-depth understanding of our trading plan, products and promotional calendar, working with commercial category managers and the trade planning team Develop cross functional relationships to aid alignment, communication and collaboration.
