As an Account Manager you will manage and build trusting relationships with your clients demonstrating your partnership expertise. Duties & Responsibilities of the Account Manager: Account Management Awareness, understanding and delivery of agency services and your role and responsibilities captured in client contracts and scope of work. Good understanding of your client's R&R's, brand, business, and sector. Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver against client expectations. Execute processes, timelines, paperwork, Agreements, and deadlines on time and with good attention to detail. Start to develop an understanding of client reward budgets, support in developing and updating the budgets. Contribute ideas and proactively make suggestions for improvements within the agency and on your accounts. Be self-motivated, own your tasks, delivery on time and achieve excellent client feedback. Be proactive in finding solutions to challenges and be confident in presenting the solutions to your Account Director in order to move forward. If you are not immediately able to provide a client with a solution or answer, make sure you are giving them reassurance that you can find the answer to their question and resolve it for them in a good and timely manner. Partnerships Continue to develop as a partnership's specialist across all of your clients, with a focus on sourcing and implementation using insights and data to support and rationalise your approach. Create, maintain, and grow a selection of long-term partner relationships with partners including regular contact with partners and face to face meetings where possible. Ensure you are sourcing new partners to share with your clients every quarter. Negotiate best possible unit prices for your rewards and working with your AD to ensure you have achieved these goals. Share and update other team members about partner opportunities. Make sure you leverage the 'power' of the business in your partnership negotiations. Contribute to workshops and ideation sessions with clients / partners or both. Understand client business objectives and try to use this knowledge to drive outstanding and unique partner opportunities. Be proactive with available time by supporting other team members or developing your own skills. Stay on the pulse with loyalty and partnerships trends and insights so that you are equipped with knowledge sharing with your client but also inspiring you to find solutions.
