Responsibilities of the Management Accountant include but not limited to: Monthly management accounts prep and partner relationship development Debtors reporting for business units Balance sheet reconciliations Overhead analysis (prepayment, accruals, variance) Quarterly VAT returns prep Revenue analysis Intercompany accounting and reconciliations Fixed asset register maintenance Monthly and fortnightly payroll processing Assisting commercial teams with IR35 checks Year-end accounts and reports prep The successful Management Accountant will require the following skills and experience: Effective written and verbal communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Proactive and organised with the capacity to assist in managing multiple finance team projects Demonstrated willingness to take ownership of designated tasks Strong attention to detail This role provides flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
