JRRL are looking for a Property Manager for both commercial and private residential portfolios in and around the South East London area. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a role that involves setting up processes and managing a portfolio in excess of 100 units, be an excellent and clear communicator with previous experience in a similar capacity. Responsibilities for the Property Manager: Managing current commercial & residential portfolio Implementing systems, procedures and control to support the growth Dealing with landlord and tenants Block management Correspond with contractors, utilities & council Have and continually update legal knowledge and understanding of relevant Landlord and Tenant Act, Legal Notices Manage the end of tenancy process including dilapidations Commercial lease renewals Person Specification for the Property Manager: At least one year of experience in Property Management Qualified ARLA/NAEA (Level 3 or above) Experience managing a portfolio of minimum of 100 units Experience setting up systems and processes and managing a team Written communication and numerical skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel skills Highly organised
