Sales Manager Annual Salary: £50k - £65k Location: Yate, Bristol Job Type: Full-time working in the office with occasional off site client meetings Join one of the UK's largest independent distributors of timber, panels, and decorative surfaces. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Panel Sales Manager with a sound knowledge of wood-based sheet materials and sales experience. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop business with a forward-thinking, established panel importer and distributor. Day-to-day of the role: Oversee the day-to-day management of the Panel sales team. Ensure the team achieves sales, volume, and margin targets. Liaise with their supply chain team and suppliers to manage stock effectively. Maintain a regular presence in the workplace to contribute to teamwork and success. Occasionally visit customers and spend time out with representatives to strengthen business relationships. Work 5 days a week at their Yate offices from 08.00 am until 17.30 pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Required Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience working as a Sales Manager. Sound knowledge of wood-based sheet materials. Proven sales experience and ability to develop business. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a sales team.
