My client, a well-known international organisation in the manufacturing and repair of large and small power tools, are looking for 2 mechanical professionals to join their team in Uddingston this role will be on a temporary ongoing basis. The role will involve diagnosing and rectifying faults on various types of machinery, servicing machines before they are sent back to the client and working closely with the Repair Team to advise on any product faults. Your new company Our client, a Building Surveying consultancy based in Glasgow, are looking to add an experienced EPC Surveyor (with EPC Accreditation) on a freelance basis for an initial 6/8 week contract. Your new role You will be assisting in the delivery of 100 EPCs across a residential portfolio in the North of Glasgow, completing a mixture of internal, external, block surveys. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced EPC with a track record within residential EPC surveys. You will also be EPC accredited, either via Elmhurst or other.
