This is an exciting time to join the company as they have recently moved and are in a brand new modern office, located in the heart of Bristol. This is a superb opportunity to join an established and highly experienced team, providing integral PA support to 3 Partners. You will be working closely with the Managing Partner, supporting with HR and operational duties to ensure the smooth running of the department. Key Responsibilities: HR duties: holidays, sickness, contracts and ad hoc requests Diary management and booking travel/accommodation. Overseeing meeting presentations, notes and formatting documents. Drafting a monthly internal newsletter. Overseeing large internal projects. The successful candidate will be highly organised, demonstrating a meticulous eye for detail, and record keeping. You will work with professionalism and a high standard of discretion - maintaining business protocol at all times. You will be confident in communicating new ideas and ways of working, in forward thinking entrepreneurial company. Salary: up to £31,000p.a. plus benefits Hours: full time, hybrid working, 2 days home based A super opportunity for a Legal PA with Property law experience (residential or commercial property) as a Legal Secretary/ Legal PA to join this friendly and award-winning law firm in Bristol (salary up to £31,000p.a.). You will provide PA support to Fee Earners within the Property department. This is a varied and interesting role. Day to day duties will include: Drafting and amending legal documents Organising appointments, running diaries, arranging travel, arranging meetings and booking conference rooms Client liaison General administration Use of Land Registry portal, completing searches, title checking, etc. Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary or Legal PA is essential, experience within Property is required.
