A Procurement Specialist with extensive experience of working in a Technical Purchasing role within a Manufacturing company and who has experience using Supply Chain Risk Management Tools will become part of a thriving Company working within the sustainability sector. The successful Procurement Specialist will be a quality focused individual with strong analytical and problem solving skills; confident in their ability to use ERP systems to translate forecast requirements into availability and to conduct supplier assessments and re-negotiate terms of business where applicable. Key Requirements include: An Engineering Degree and ideally CIPS qualified. Proven background in Technical Purchasing including electronic and mechanical components. Previous ERP experience. An understanding of Change Management Systems (PLM Systems desirable). Experience using Supply Chain Risk Management Tools. A confident communicator with attention to detail and a strong customer service ethos.
