This role involves contributing to the development and implementation of a Category Strategy for assigned spend categories, aligning with business objectives and driving efficiency's.
Process Purchase Orders and liaise directly with suppliers.
Updating stock/orders daily.

My client is an educational trust looking to recruit an experienced and hands on Purchasing Officer, to administer the smooth running of all purchasing and related systems, processes and compliance.
The two interim Buyer roles will join a busy purchasing department to support the team as they move through a period of transformation.
The Buyer role will ultimately be responsible for the timely delivery of material and components to site though effective MRP control and supplier management.
